We have the space and resources for your next gathering. When you find a room that fits your needs, please fill out our online meeting room application form to request a date for one of our meeting rooms. Our meeting room coordinator will contact you and let you know if the dates are available. It’s a good idea to have a few dates in mind if space is unavailable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Meeting room reservations are reserved in four-hour time blocks. Auditorium seating style is the default configuration for all meeting rooms unless otherwise noted.  Optional setup requires an additional fee.

 Upon confirmation of all dates and times, you will be invoiced online through your email account. Payments can be made securely using the Square Credit Card Processing System. Please read all policies carefully - our meeting room policy is located here.

Large Group Meeting Rooms

Large Auditorium - The Large Auditorium has WiFi access and a kitchen facility equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, and sink. 
Location/Dimensions: Main Level - 1840 sq ft. (46 ft x 40 ft)

Round Auditorium - The Round Auditorium has WiFi access, and also includes an overhead prjector with a large wall screen.

Room 101 - Room 101 has WiFi access, a TV, DVD Player, and a serving counter.

Room 110 - Room 110 offers WiFi access, a TV, DVD Player, and a serving counter with a sink
This room has two setup options: auditorium and classroom. Banquet style set up is not available.

Room 116 - Room 116 has WiFi access, a TV, and DVD Player. This room has two setup options: auditorium and classroom.

Small Group Conference Rooms

Room 106 - Room 106 is a small meeting room with WiFi access and
seating for 4-8 people around a rectangular conference table.
This room does not offer any other type of configuration. 
Location/Dimensions: Lower Level - 240 sq ft. (20 ft x 12 ft)
Seating Style / Number of Guests:
Boardroom / 8 Guests
Room 108 - Room 108 is a small meeting room with WiFi access and seating
for 4-8 people around a rectangular conference table.
This room does not offer any other type of configuration.
Location/Dimensions: Lower Level - 240 sq ft. (20 ft x 12 ft)

Boardroom / 8 Guests

Room 100 - Room 100 is our smallest meeting room, has WiFi access,
and has seating for 4 people around a rectangular conference table.
This room does not offer any other type of configuration.
Location/Dimensions: Lower Level - 112 sq ft. (8 ft x 14 ft)
