What's Hot and What's Not in Making Healthy Snacks
Monday, July 15, at 3 p.m. in the Large Auditorium
Everyone knows that some foods are better snacking choices than others. What's not so easy in real life is putting all the stuff we know about healthy snacking into practice. In other words, it's tough to balance those "oops, I just ate the whole bag" munchies with the healthy foods we know we should be eating. Chef "E" will be here with games, prizes, and recipes to teach you what the healthiest, most delicious choices are. Bring your taste buds and try these snacks yourself! Reservations required. Contact Leslie West at 205-332-6620 or email@example.com to make your reservation or for more information.
