Learning to Live with Wild Neighbors with David Dionne

Date:
05/20/2014 - 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Join us for a free lecture by David Dionne, Executive Director of Red Mountain State Park, addressing the facts and fiction behind the animals we may encounter in Homewood. Learn about coyotes, fox, squirrels, rabbits, feral mammals, reptiles, birds and more.  Why are these animals in your neighborhood?  You’ll learn how to identify which animals are dropping by, how to ward off unwanted visitors, or attract the visitors you do want. This program is a joint presentation between The Homewood Police, Homewood Public Library and Red Mountain Park.

Program will be held in the Large Auditorium.
