Are you a crafty creative wordsmith?

Then show off your skills!

Get out your pen & paper (or your keyboard)

& let your imagination soar! Create an original poem

(maximum 2 pages in length) in any poetry style. Bring it to

the Homewood Public Library & give it to Ms. Heather

(or email it to her at hcover@bham.lib.al.us).

Make sure you include your name, grade, school

& a phone number where we can contact you.

Our judges will read each poem & determine 1st, 2nd,

& 3rd place winners. There will be prizes for all winners!

Poems are due by 6pm on Sunday, April 22nd.

Winners will be announced on the website (www.homewoodpubliclibrary.org)

at 5pm on Sunday, April 29th.
